A community-focused, beginner-friendly running program designed to build confidence, cardiovascular fitness, and running technique through weekly group runs and evidence-informed guidance. Welcome to walkers, joggers, and new runners alike.
Crescent Heights / Calgary Area
• Saturdays at 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM (runs start with warm-up and route briefing)

Featured Collaboration
Program: Mobility Mondays
Purpose: A dedicated mobility session designed for athletes, their parents, and others in the community (anyone aged 12 and above) to improve joint mobility, movement quality, recovery, and injury prevention.
Spartan Wrestling
Both classes welcome complete beginners. Every exercise can be adapted, and you're never expected to keep up with anyone but yourself.
Dance With Grace builds coordination and confidence through joyful, music-led movement.
Strength in Motion builds practical mobility and strength for how you move in real life.
