Dance With Grace

A welcoming, music-led movement class focused on cardiovascular health, coordination, confidence, and joyful expression. We start simply, and build movement step-by-step.

Strength in Motion Series

Strength in Motion

A functional fitness class focused on calisthenics, mobility work, strength development, balance, and long-term movement quality. Approached step-by-step with safety in mind.

Adaptive Movement Notice

All exercises in our programs are highly adaptable. Emmanuel personally guides each participant and modifies movements for various abilities, age groups, health conditions, or physical/movement limitations.

Elevate Running Pathway

Elevate Run Club

A community-focused, beginner-friendly running program designed to build confidence, cardiovascular fitness, and running technique through weekly group runs and evidence-informed guidance. Welcome to walkers, joggers, and new runners alike.

• Saturdays at 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM (runs start with warm-up and route briefing)

Distance Options & Progression

We offer beginner-friendly 3K and 5K distance groups. Future pathways include a Learn to Run series, 7K and 10K progressions, and local trail running opportunities.
